Cancellation Policy
Plans change — we get it. This policy explains how and when you can cancel an order with Shikhar Enterprises.
1. Cancelling before dispatch
You can cancel your order any time before it is dispatched at no charge. Email us at support@shikharwearables.com with your order number as soon as possible and we'll take care of it.
2. After dispatch
Once an order has been dispatched it can no longer be cancelled. You may instead choose to return the item after delivery, in line with our Refund & Return Policy.
3. Refunds for cancelled orders
If you paid via UPI and cancel before dispatch, any amount paid will be refunded to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
4. Orders we may cancel
We reserve the right to cancel orders in cases of stock unavailability, pricing errors, or where payment could not be verified. If we cancel your order, you'll be notified and fully refunded.
