1. Processing time
Orders are processed within 24–48 hours of confirmation (excluding weekends and public holidays). For UPI payments, dispatch begins once payment is verified.
2. Delivery time
Once dispatched, orders typically arrive within 3–7 business days depending on your location. Remote areas may take a little longer.
3. Shipping charges
A flat shipping fee is applied at checkout and shown clearly before you place your order. Promotional free-shipping thresholds may apply from time to time.
4. Order tracking

5. Delays
