2. Products & pricing
We make every effort to display product details, colours and prices accurately. Slight variations in colour may occur due to screen settings.
All prices are listed in the store currency and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to update prices at any time.
3. Orders & acceptance
When you place an order you will receive an order confirmation with a unique order number. This confirms we have received your order, not that it has been accepted.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, for reasons including product availability, errors in pricing, or suspected fraudulent activity.
4. Payments
Payments are collected via UPI/QR after you place your order, or by cash on delivery where offered. Orders paid by UPI are verified manually before dispatch.
5. Limitation of liability
Shikhar Enterprises shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of this website or our products, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
