Refund & Return Policy
We want you to love what you ordered from Shikhar Enterprises. If something isn't right, our return and refund process is designed to be simple and fair.
1. Return window
You may request a return within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused, unwashed and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
2. How to start a return
Email us at support@shikharwearables.com with your order number and the reason for the return. Our team will guide you through the next steps and share the return address.
3. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.
4. Exchanges
Need a different size or colour? We're happy to help with exchanges, subject to availability. Reach out within the return window and we'll sort it out.
5. Non-returnable items
For hygiene reasons, certain items such as innerwear may not be eligible for return unless they arrive defective.
